Ottawa, ON (July 5, 2017) – Gymnastics Canada is pleased to announce a new three-year sponsorship deal with Turn Gymnastics Apparel (TURN) that will see them become the Official Technical Apparel Supplier of all men’s national team artistic and trampoline gymnastics athletes.
“We are very happy and excited about this sponsorship agreement with TURN,” said Peter Nicol, president and CEO of Gymnastics Canada. “Our national team athletes will benefit greatly from their support towards the pursuit of their best possible performances and we look forward to seeing our athletes competing in their new look singlets, shorts, and pants.”
“TURN is extremely proud to establish a new partnership with Gymnastics Canada,” said TURN Managing Director, David Eaton. “Partnering with such a prestigious federation helps us reinforce our position as the leading brand in men’s gymnastics. It is a particularly exciting time to partner with such a talented group of gymnasts and we look forward to outfitting them with our new range of competition uniforms with a fresh and modern aesthetic.”
The initial contract became effective July 1, 2017, with the new TURN/Canada uniforms to be first worn during next month’s FISU Universiade Games in Taipei City.
